Anyuan Medical Waste Machine is a small integrated distributed equipment with pre vacuum pulsating high-temperature and high-pressure steam sterilization, which occupies less space (10-30 square meters) and is installed inside the hospital to process medical waste on-site, preventing medical waste (pathogenic microorganisms) from being discharged from the hospital.
Various medical waste are mixed and put into the medical waste machine, with one click automatic operation. Medical waste is evenly broken into 7mm square fragments and then sterilized by high-temperature and high-pressure steam. The sterilization rate is as high as 99.9999%, which meets EU standards and far exceeds domestic standards.
After sterilization, the volume is reduced by 80%, greatly saving transportation costs, eliminating the risk of secondary infection, and creating conditions for resource reuse.
The basic configuration of Anyuan Medical Waste Machine is an 8-hour working system, which can be changed to a 24-hour working system in emergency situations, and the processing capacity can be instantly expanded by three times.
The main product series of medical waste machines include 30L, 80L, 200L, 800L, and 2000L, which can be used for real-time medical waste treatment at the hospital site to harmless dispose of harmful medical waste. After sterilization is completed, sewage discharge begins, the sterilization room door will automatically open, and the spiral device will automatically start and discharge waste. Place the waste collection box at the front door to collect processed medical waste. After successful sterilization, the PLC system will automatically print the sterilization process record. The volume of treated waste is one-fifth of that of untreated waste, and sterilized medical waste can be treated equally with household waste.
